At Berliy, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If your product does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy along with a 1-year limited warranty for your peace of mind.
30-Day Free Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
- The product must be in its original condition
- The product must be clean, unused, and free from damage caused by improper use
- All original accessories, components, manuals, and packaging materials must be included
- The original product box and packaging should be kept in good condition
Products returned without complete accessories or with significant damage may not be eligible for a full refund.

Free Return Shipping
For eligible returns within the 30-day return period, Berliy provides free return shipping.
Return shipping instructions will be provided after your return request has been approved.
Customers who return products without prior authorization may be responsible for any return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow:
- 3–7 business days for us to inspect and process your return
- Additional processing time depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping charges (if any) and non-refundable fees may be excluded from the refund amount where applicable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product for a different item or replacement unit, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Approved exchanges will be processed after the original product has been received and inspected.
1-Year Limited Warranty
All Berliy products include a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and product failures caused by normal intended use.
During the warranty period, Berliy may provide:
- Troubleshooting support
- Replacement parts
- Product repair
- Replacement of the product (at our discretion)
Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
- Physical damage, cracks, or water damage
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Normal cosmetic wear and tear
- Damage caused by incorrect charging equipment or improper electrical use
- Loss of accessories or product components
Hygiene and Product Care Requirements
Because Berliy products are personal skincare devices, customers should properly clean and care for the product according to the user manual.
Returned products must meet our hygiene and condition requirements.
Products returned with:
- Excessive cosmetic residue
- Unclean surfaces
- Missing protective components
- Missing accessories
- Damaged packaging
may be subject to review before refund approval.
Late or Missing Refunds

Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order enters the fulfillment process.
